Sandra Kosorotova (1984) is an Estonian artist and designer. In 2016 she graduated from the master’s programme in fashion design at the Estonian Academy of Arts and was awarded the Young Applied Artist Prize by the academy the same year. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the Graphic Design department of the same institution. Kosorotova is working on the borders of art and design, focusing on the critique of neoliberalism, identity, possibilities of self-care and sustainability. In 2020 she founded a public garden near Narva Art Residency, Kreenholm Plants, which she was until recently co-running with artist Sille Kima (in 2023 the management of the garden was taken over by a team of locals in Narva).
