“I make a lap around the country,” he explained to Siim. “I go through every inch of the long border. I leave my footprints on every edge of the land, every curve on the shoreline and every bay. I make a lap around every island, even the smallest of islets. I never miss a single step on the country’s border – because then I would lose everything … You must think I’m crazy. But when I walk along the national border like this, I achieve the greatest happiness in my life.”
