Ami Clarke

Ami Clarke is an artist working within the emergent behaviours that come from the complex protocols of platform/surveillance capitalism in everyday assemblages, with a focus on the inter-dependencies between code and language in hyper-networked culture. They utilise various digital media, often distributed, with aspects of live programming, to produce video and sound works, sculpture and VR works that often come together as installations. Her works have been exhibited at Whitechapel Gallery, ZKM Center for Art and Media, Radar Residency Loughborough, Seventeen Gallery, Arebyte Gallery, Hayward Gallery and ICA London. Their work has been included in Information (Whitechapel Documents in Contemporary Art and MIT press series, 2016).
