Confronting Facelessness with Facelesness

One of the central motifs of the exhibition is the mask – a subtle, invisible boundary between the outer and inner worlds. Maie Helm, a masterful artist in depicting animals, explores this theme in her piece Confronting Facelessness with Facelessness. The work features two cats staring directly at one another, both wearing a mask.
